The Heat jumped ahead early and never trailed as they advanced to the second round with Thursday's
113-96 road win over the Bulls in Game 6. Shaquille O'Neal turned in a stellar effort with 30 points and 20 rebounds, becoming the first Miami player with at least 20 points and 20 rebounds in a playoff game. Dwyane Wade netted 23 points for the Heat, who will face the Nets in the second round. Udonis Haslem added a double-double (17 points, 14 boards) for Miami, which led by 14 at the half and withstood a fourth-quarter run from Chicago. Kirk Hinrich led the Bulls with 23 points and Ben Gordon added 21.
